OLD AGE HOME

The society saw a major shift in the social norms. The close knit family culture which was the core strength of Indian culture is somewhere getting lost in the changing times and we are witnessing a depletion in the values of human life. The capable ones are still in better position to lead life in old age but there are many less fortunate who are compelled to lead a life on roads. We at Diviniti take this project as our Social Responsibility and running a all female Old Age Home. The old age home provides them a comfortable hygienic place to live with all aminities intact. It has a mandir and a recreational common room where the inmates can mingle.

The trust ensure their health is taken care of by the healthy meals cooked within the premises. Their is a team of doctors who visit regularly to look after their old age medical needs. The Old age home is also unique in providing a platform to women by giving an opportunity to utilise their time constructively by involving them in Various activities in order to give them a reason and hope to live life happily.

ORPHANAGE

The Foundation has been concentrating in the fields of education and health and upbringing of the poor and downtrodden in various ways. Diviniti recognises the need of the hour, hence taking the Beti bachao, Beti Padhao as the core inspiration we are working for the unwanted, uncared and unloved female children in the society. It is because the terrible patriarchy and poverty in the country that female girls have always been unwanted. We are working towards bringing up the girls who are not having any support system, into the main stream by educating them and also teaching them various skills to make them independent. The girls here are from the age of 5+ and are kept till they get married. We intend to break the myth of orphanage being a dingy place just giving food and shelter. We at Diviniti are pledged to provide a home away from home. We provide them a homely care as well as life to love by engaging them into education and developing skills.The foundation has a mission of opening such orphanages across country in coming years and do the needful for the society.

Furthermore, due to the genuine efforts and noble cause its support base has grown from a close circle of friends to an international network of individuals, corporations and agencies. The foundation is doing great work in sync with the slogan of “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”.

It is a sad part of the society that we are getting emotionally bankrupt and relationship as beautiful as parent and child has also seen a detoriation and we are witnessing a increase in old-care centres. The Diviniti is not an old age home where children can willingly come and drop their parents.
